The shuttle service from the airport to Hilton was convenient and hassle-free. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a great view of Zurich. The breakfast had a variety of options and the staff were polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable stay.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed by the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. the location was ideal, being close to the airport and offering a convenient shuttle service. Additionally, I appreciated the availability of a restaurant on-site, providing a convenient dining option.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the gym facilities were limited, not as extensive as they appeared in the photos.

The rooms are comfortable and recently renovated, with amenities like a Nespresso machine and fast internet connection. The Executive lounge offers a variety of food and drink options during the evening cocktails hour. Guests can also enjoy the natural surroundings and running tracks behind the hotel.

The hotel shows signs of age and could benefit from some renovations in certain areas, such as the bathrooms.

During our short visit to Hilton, we were amazed by the great location which was very convenient for both the airport and local transit. The hotel was clean and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide selection of delicious food available in the restaurant and executive lounge. The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. The airport pick up and drop off service couldn't have been better. our experience surpassed all expectations.

Although the hotel was located near the airport, we had to rely on taxis or Uber to go downtown. Additionally, the breakfast was more expensive than average in other hotels, and there was a charge for parking, which we found inconvenient for a hotel located outside the city near the airport.

Conveniently located near the airport and train station, making it easy to access transportation. the room was spacious and had free wifi, which was great for staying connected. the hotel offered a free airport shuttle, making it hassle, free to get to and from the hotel.

Check, in was a bit delayed, which was frustrating after a long journey with small kids. the room we were given as an upgrade was not well, maintained and did not meet our expectations.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were highly impressed with the level of comfort and quality service provided. The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is situated near the airport on top of a hill, offering beautiful views of the surrounding area. The staff here are exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, they treated us with kindness and were extremely helpful. They even helped us with our baggage at check-out, which was a great help.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities, such as the fitness center and sauna, were excellent. The breakfast was superb, with a lot of variety. The staff was friendly and professional.
